    Thanks for the value addition. That quote does sum up the essence of Leadership. I believe it is originally attributed to Leadership Author and Speaker John C Maxwell?

    The main quality of leadership.
    A leader are created own way with the support of team and creat the leadership quality among the group or team. Leader doesn’t believe on the follower.
